Linen is available at €25 per double bed/sofa bed and €20 for the single guest bed or cot and includes bathroom towels.
End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €53 per stay for the apartment and €22 per stay for the studio payable to our
local property manager / keyholder on arrival.
Meet & greet by our local agents is included in the rental rates.
A damage deposit of £250 for the apartment & £200 for the
studio is payable prior to arrival and is refunded within 10 days
of the end of the rental, subject to satisfactory property condition.
Booking
Booking deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required within 7 days of making the booking. The balance of all rental costs must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date will be charged at 25% of the full rental, 5-8 weeks 50%, less than 5 weeks 100%.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible. We are happy to accept midweek arrivals & departures.
Arrival time from 16:00 & departure time before 10:00 is preferred although some flexibility with prior notice would be considered.
