Linen, end-of-stay cleaning and meet & greet by our local agents is charged at £50 per stay for the apartments and £30 per stay for the studio payable with the final balance.
A damage deposit of £250 for the apartment & £200 for the
studio is payable prior to arrival and is refunded within 10 days
of the end of the rental, subject to satisfactory property condition.
Booking
Booking deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required within 7 days of making the booking. The balance of all rental costs must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date will be charged at 25% of the full rental, 5-8 weeks 50%, less than 5 weeks 100%.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible. We are happy to accept midweek arrivals & departures.
Arrival time from 16:00 & departure time before 10:00 is preferred although some flexibility with prior notice would be considered.
