The Apartment
Our modern, light and airy apartment is comfortably furnished with marble and tiled floors. It is on the 3rd floor with a lift.
The Apartment has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living
room and is ideal for 2 couples. Children can be accommodated in a fold-up
guest bed and a baby cot is available if required.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a double sofa bed and reclining chairs.
In the dining area there is Satellite TV with channels from Sky and Hotbird, CD/Radio/Tape player, a computer & printer
with fast and free 24/7 broadband ADSL2+ internet access and a wirelss broadband router for
laptops.
The living room and kitchen open onto a west facing terrace with tables & chairs and view over the pleasant
gardens. Wonderfully peaceful and sunny.
The compact kitchen is equiped with a cooker, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of crockery & cutlery. There is also an iron & ironing board in the apartment.
The large bedroom has a UK king size bed leading onto an east facing terrace with sea & mountain view
towards Nice. There is also a fold-up guest bed suitable for a child.
A travel cot can be provided if needed.
A large fitted wardrobe area provides ample space for clothes and suitcases. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower attachement and there is a separate WC
A private car parking space or underground locked garage is available within the domaine.
Airport pick up and drop off service for guests is available upon request.
